I've been taking photos for as long as I can remember. It's always been something I've absolutely LOVED, and turning that passion into a business has been one of the best things I've done in my life. In fact, calling it a 'job' almost feels wrong because I genuinely enjoy it THAT much. I'm probably more excited to deliver your gallery than you are to receive it (I'm actually not joking).

Fun fact about me... Bec Clothier Photography is actually my third business! Back in 2014, I started Raw Out Loud, a raw dessert business that grew to stock 25 cafés around WA. Then in 2019, I launched Sandbar Co, where I designed and invented a luxe, lightweight, fold-up beach table. Apparently, I just really love turning ideas into businesses! I have had an entrepreneur mindset since I was six and sold books to my family, and have never stopped coming up with business ideas since.

Being a mum of two and an early childhood teacher, I know a little... about little people. I also know there's approximately a 0.001% chance your toddler will smile perfectly at the camera on command. And asking a two-year-old to do something specific? Impossible request.

That's why my sessions are intended to be relaxed, I encourage you to just have fun and they're completely pressure-free. I'll guide you where needed, but I'm much more interested in capturing your family being your family and capturing the moments in-between, than trying to convince your toddler to sit still and say "cheese".
